Requesting a visit

Use the enquiry form to tell us which puppy you are interested in, your preferred dates, and the number of people who would attend. We will confirm whether a visit is possible and provide the arrangements directly.

Before arriving

• Wait for written confirmation of the date, time, and location.
• Follow any reasonable hygiene, footwear, handwashing, or animal-contact instructions provided.
• Tell us in advance if you have special access needs or are bringing children.
• Do not visit if you have recently been in contact with sick animals or have been asked to postpone for health or biosecurity reasons.
• Respect the puppies’ need for rest and calm handling.

Location and privacy

For privacy and safety, visit details are shared directly with confirmed visitors. Do not arrive without an appointment. A visit does not replace the need to review written terms and relevant records.
